The Varenyam Journey
Built on Trust, Scaled with Purpose
In December 2002, Vishal Johri opened a Hero Honda showroom and workshop in Bhopal's Prabhat area. From day one, customer satisfaction was placed at the core of everything the business did. That single principle became the foundation of what would grow into Varenyam Motors Group.
Over the next two decades, Varenyam Motors (VM) steadily expanded its Hero MotoCorp presence across Bhopal, adding showrooms at MP Nagar and JK Road, and building a reputation as one of Bhopal's most trusted two-wheeler dealerships.
The leap into four-wheelers came in 2016 with the launch of Varenyam Motorcar (VMC), an authorized Tata Motors dealership. Since then, VMC has grown to 15 showrooms and 10 workshops across Madhya Pradesh. Today, with over 1,200 team members, 18 showrooms, and 13 workshops, the group continues to set benchmarks for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Rapid Tata expansion: adds 4 new showrooms (Hoshangabad Road, Narmadapuram, Raisen, Ganj Basoda) and 2 workshops (Bhairopur, Narmadapuram).
Continues growth with Tata showrooms in Chunabhatti and Vidisha, plus workshops in Vidisha and Sehore.
Adds 3 more Tata showrooms (Bareli, Aashta, Berasiya) and a workshop in Bareli.
Expands further with Tata showrooms in Lalghati, Pipariya, and Harda, plus Lalghati workshop.
